2. At check-out, you may choose to either (a) use your SingaporeRediscovers vouchers and top up the difference with your credit card, or (b) pay for the entire price of the promotion voucher with your credit card.

3. Once the promotion voucher is purchased via the link above, redeem your stay by emailing reseasy@fareast.com.sg or contact us at +65 6881 8888 with your preferred arrival dates. Reservation is required at least 7 days prior to the intended arrival date and it is subject to room availability.

4. If you have purchased the promotion using the SingaporeRediscovers vouchers, you must also be present during check-in for both rooms.

This promotion can be purchased with or without the usage of SingapoRediscovers vouchers. 

Payment & Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation policy and black out dates apply.
• In the event of No-Show, voucher is considered redeemed and the full stay will be charge.
• Upon expiry of the voucher, no extension is allowed.
• Upon confirmation of reservation, no cancellation or amendment is allowed.
• Voucher sold is non-refundable.

Promotion Policy
• Applicable to new reservations only.
• Both rooms have to be utilized on the same check-in and check-out date.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any existing promotional rates, packages, internet rates, conference or group reservations.
• Guest who redeems the SingapoRediscovers voucher must be present for check-in for both rooms.
• Reservation is required at least 7 days prior to intended arrival date and it is subject to room availability.
• The voucher is valid to redeem from 01 Dec 2020 till 31 Dec 2021 against a stay period from 08 Dec 2020 till 31 Dec 2021.

Other Terms
• Far East Hospitality is not responsible for lost, stolen or destroyed vouchers.

• The voucher is not exchangeable for cash.
• The voucher is not guaranteed by Far East Hospitality where the voucher has been purchased from someone other than Far East Hospitality or an affiliated source.
• The voucher is not replaceable nor refundable whether in whole or in part.
