Admission into Sentosa will be complimentary based on the number of persons in your hotel booking. Upon check-in at the hotel, you will be given Hotel Complimentary Passes for usage of the Sentosa Express monorail during your stay.

Present your hotel confirmation at the Sentosa Admission Gantry 1 or 2 for free admission into the island.

By Sentosa Express monorail
Present your hotel confirmation at the Sentosa Express monorail's ticketing counter at VivoCity (Lobby L, Level 3) to exchange for complimentary Sentosa Express tickets into the island.

By Motorcycle
As part of Sentosa Development Corporation’s regulations, motorcycles are not allowed on the island. Please visit this link for more information.

For early check-ins, a pre-blocking of room is required for a confirmed early check-in, chargeable at 1 night's charge.
For late checkouts till 6 pm, it will be chargeable at half-day rate. For checkouts after 6 pm, 1 full-day charge applies.

Our Front Office can assist with faxing, printing, and copying services. We also have a variety of meeting spaces to cater to your business needs.

Dry cleaning and laundry service are available. You may refer to the in-room laundry list for charges or approach any of our staff to assist you.

Smoking is strictly prohibited within the hotel building. Guests are allowed to smoke in designated smoking areas outside the hotel.
Guests will be fined a sum of SGD 200 if caught smoking inside the room.

Luggage storage is available to hotel guests on a complimentary basis. Guests who arrive before their check-in time may store their bags until their rooms are ready. Guests may also store their bags following their checkout until the end of the day.

Our hotels follow the Singapore standard and use the British BS1362 three-pronged square pin type socket.

Breakfast is served daily from 6.30 am to 10.30 am on weekdays or 11 am on weekends.

The deposit required during check-in is SGD50 per night on top of daily room rate.

The hotel caters exclusively to adults and is strictly for guests aged above 12 years old.

Vegetarian meals are available for breakfast and in-room dining.

Our hotel is not Halal certified.
