5 Places to Wine and Dine Along the Singapore River
The Singapore River has changed tremendously over the past century.
Slightly further up from the mouth of the river is Robertson Quay, which turned from mud flats to boatyards in the 1880s and, since the 1990s, has transformed into a prime destination for dining. Unlike the thronging Boat Quay and the thumping Clarke Quay further down the river, Robertson Quay has a more laid-back vibe - relaxed and calm, with expansive views of the river.
