What is the check-in and check-out policy of your hotel?

Check-in: 3:00 PM, Checkout: 12:00 PM For an early check-in, a pre-blocking of room is required for a confirmed early check-in, chargeable at 1 night’s charge. For late checkout at 6:00 PM, it will be chargeable at half-day rate. For checkout after 6:00 PM, a full-day charge applies.

What are the check-in requirements for guests?

In accordance with the National Registration Regulations, guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in. A valid physical identification (passport or NRIC) is required at registration. Driver’s licenses, membership cards, and Singpass will not be accepted.

Are laundry services available at your hotel?

Laundry services are available at all Village Hotels. You may also refer to the in-room laundry list for charges or approach any of our staff to assist you.

Are all modes of transport allowed into the island and how do I obtain free admission?

Admission into Sentosa is complimentary for hotel guests, up to 4 persons per booking confirmation. By Car or Taxi Present your hotel confirmation at the Sentosa Admission Gantry 1 or 2 for complimentary admission into the island. By Sentosa Express monorail Present your hotel confirmation at the ticketing counter at VivoCity (Lobby L, Level 3) for QR code. Scan the QR code at the Express QR Reader for complimentary ride on the Sentosa Express monorail into the island. Ticketing counter closes at 6pm, please approach the staff at the turnstiles for assistance. By Motorcycle As part of Sentosa Development Corporation’s regulations, motorcycles are not allowed on the island.
