    • Do you have smoking or non-smoking residences?

      Village Residence Clarke Quay is a non-smoking residences. Guests who want to smoke may do so at the designated smoking area outside the serviced residence.
    • Do I need to pay a deposit for the residence during my stay?

      A deposit is generally not required for stays less than three months at our Serviced Residences. If the stay is between three months and one year, we will be collecting a one-month deposit. If the stay is more than one year, we will be collecting a two-month deposit.
    • Is there luggage-storing facility?

      Storage of luggage is unavailable at our Serviced Residences.
    • Can you arrange for a personal pick up from/to the airport?

      Airport transfer to and from our serviced residences can be arranged at a charge.

      Baby cots and baby cribs are available on request and are subject to availibility.
    • How many occupants are permitted in each residence?

      Guest’s request for extra beds during their stay is subject to availability. You can make a request 3 days in advance through the Reservations Teams or Front Office Team with a surcharge of $53.50 (SGD) daily.

    • What is the housekeeping schedule of the residences?

      Housekeeping schedule for the Serviced Residences varies from once a week to thrice a week.
